Most therapists charge £80-120 per session. If you bought 12 weeks of weekly therapy elsewhere, you’d pay £960 – £1,440.
You’re getting more contact than weekly therapy at a fraction of the cost.

Frequently Asked Questions About Insomnia treatment with me
I offer a variety of package and ad hoc services, depending on your needs for support.
Absolutely not. That is between you and your doctor. If you wish, I can help support you on the emotional side of a taper but it is not necessary to stop taking anything in order to do sleep therapy.
That is hard to predict, but what I can tell you is that my packages are set based on the historical average number of sessions people need to really be self supporting with their sleep.
I can see clients worldwide using Zoom.
I draw on CBT‑I (the therapy recommended in professional guidelines for chronic insomnia), along with mindfulness‑based strategies and ACT‑informed tools, to help you relate differently to your thoughts and feelings about sleep – so you’re not lying there doing mental maths all night.
Importantly, though these principles might be useful, we agree together on how to best implement them so that you are best set up for success. No rigid rules that you simply cannot follow.
I use a payment processor called STRIPE which is used in most online shops. There are payment plans available, at no extra cost.
I maintain the same confidentiality standards as your doctor would. I'm regulated by law to maintain confidentiality with some limited exceptions such as if you pose a risk to yourself or others, if there is a court order, etc.
I am Tracy Hannigan, a qualified sleep therapist specialising in chronic insomnia, using behavioural sleep medicine approaches that align with UK and international clinical guidance – not gadgets or miracle cures.
I am trained in CBTI and ACTI and other evidence-based approaches to insomnia treatment, some circadian rhythm disorders and repetitive nightmares. If my assessment suggests a non‑insomnia sleep disorder, I’ll signpost you to appropriate medical or sleep clinic support.
