Eton House is a coastal villa just a few steps from the town centre and beach at Sheringham. Its owned by Emma and Nigel and they have spent the past year renovating the property to an exceptionally high standard. It is spacious and very well equipped with a super comfortable sitting room complete with large TV and woodburning stove. The kitchen is all brand new and makes for a really sociable space leading out onto the gardens. Eton House has been sympathetically restored with many of the original features retained, like the beautiful cast iron fireplaces in the bedrooms (decorative only) and the wonderful tiled hallway. There are 5 bedrooms, all comfortable with quality linens and furniture. The Master bedroom is stunning with a black four poster bed and some sumptuous furnishings. A real retreat! The gardens to the rear are beautifully designed with an outdoor seating area for al fresco dining and an astro turfed lawned area behind.
