Annual service and chemical plan
Our annual service, similar to maintaining a car, will keep your hot tub running smoothly. The plan includes genuine RotoSpa-approved chemicals and supports your product warranty.
- 1st year upgrade option
Within 12 months of purchase, you can upgrade to a larger or more advanced RotoSpa. Just pay the collection fee and the price difference. - Spa refresh
Maintain water quality with a Spa Refresh every three months. Our engineer will drain, clean, refill, balance the water, and check the system during the visit. - Part exchange guarantee
You can part-exchange your RotoSpa for 50% of its original value towards a new model during the plan period. - Extra filters
Air-dry your filter after cleaning to help it return to its shape and last longer. Always use a fresh filter after each cleaning.
