If you realise the item you ordered is unwanted, you need to contact us within 14 days of the delivery arriving.
You can either call us on 01376 809140 between Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5:00 pm, or you can drop us an email to [email protected]. Once you have done one of these things, please return the item(s) to us at:

If you can, please include a copy of the delivery note or invoice as this will make it easier for us to process your return in good time.
Additionally, please be aware that all returns must be in the manufacturer's original packaging, be unused and in a re-saleable condition. We are unable to accept returns of food and drink items, alongside bespoke or special order goods.
The cost of any returns you make to us will have to be covered by yourselves and we recommend opting for a tracked service to avoid parcels going missing whilst in transit.
Once we have received your return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used. Any delivery charges originally paid are excluded from the amount refunded and this will usually appear in your bank account within 3-5 working days.
