Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you’ve changed your mind, you’re welcome to return any unused items within 30 days, as long as they’re in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging, and in full box quantities with a value of £30 or more.

Please note, we’re unable to accept returns on the following:

  • Used products.
  • Fixing materials.
  • Goods purchased more than 30 days ago.
  • Bespoke (made specifically for you) products.
  • Special order items/quantities.
  • End of line products.
  • Damaged products that have not been reported within timescales.

All returns must be authorised in advance and sent to our Head Office in Monmouth within 7 days of approval. Returns can be accepted Monday to Friday, between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM. Please make sure your returns number is clearly visible on all packaging. A small restocking fee of 20% will apply to help cover handling and processing.

Because tiles are fragile, it’s important that they’re well-packaged to avoid damage in transit. We recommend photographing your return before it leaves your property, just in case. If any damage is found when your return arrives, we’ll photograph it for you so you can raise a claim with your courier.

Full-size samples can be returned to our Head Office for a refund within 30 days, or to one of our stores by prior arrangement. If you’re visiting a showroom, you’re also welcome to return any cut samples, we do our best to recycle them wherever we can.

Tiles are fragile, so please package them carefully to avoid damage. Refunds won’t be issued if tiles or packaging arrive in an unsaleable condition. We recommend photographing your items before they leave your property to protect against any carrier issues. If we notice any damage when your return arrives at our warehouse, we’ll also take photos to help you with any insurance claims.

You can return items that meet the following criteria:

  • Unused items (excluding fixing products)
  • In their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging
  • Full box quantities with a total value of £30 or more

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Used products
  • Fixing materials
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Bespoke (custom-made) products
  • Special order items or quantities
  • End of line products
  • Damaged goods that haven’t been reported within the required timeframes

Refunds are issued for resaleable goods returned within 10 days, with a 20% restocking fee to cover processing costs.

Full-size samples can be returned within 30 days for a refund at our Head Office or by arrangement at stores. Cut samples can also be returned to stores.
