Literally nothing you mention - gaming, streaming, zoom calls uses anything near your full bandwith. In fact a 100mbit internet connection could handle everything you mention without a sweat - simultaneously. This is literally the dumbest thing I read in a while.

Here is a free tip: If your speed tests look perfect but the connection still feels slow, it's most likely your providers DNS.
