The Vice President of Marketing will lead and scale Orange Logic’s core marketing functions. This role is responsible for turning company growth priorities into high-impact marketing programs that drive enterprise pipeline, support large deal cycles, and strengthen Orange Logic’s position in the enterprise SaaS market.


You Role at Orange Logic:


Marketing Strategy & Revenue Leadership

  • Set and own the global marketing strategy focused on enterprise pipeline growth, revenue impact, and high-value deals
  • Translate company objectives into clear marketing priorities, performance targets, and KPIs
  • Maintain full accountability for marketing-sourced pipeline, SAL/SQL and MQL contribution, and revenue alignment


AI Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive GEO and AEO strategy
  • Build content and website experiences optimized for AI-driven discovery and answer engines
  • Establish measurement frameworks for AI visibility, citation rates, answer share, and AI-influenced pipeline
  • Implement AI tools across content creation, personalization, competitive intelligence, customer insights, campaign optimization, and reporting
  • Evaluate and deploy emerging AI technologies that create competitive advantage


Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Define the enterprise demand generation strategy, investment priorities, and success metrics
  • Lead through the Head of Demand Generation to scale ABM, field marketing, digital, and content programs
  • Review performance, optimize mix and spend, and ensure strong alignment with sales territories, key accounts, and major opportunities


Brand, Messaging & Market Presence

  • Partner with the Senior Director of Brand & Communications to set brand strategy, corporate messaging, and positioning standards for the company
  • Ensure consistency and differentiation across web, SEO/GEO, content, social, PR, and analyst channels
  • Ensure consistent, differentiated messaging across all channels and touchpoints


Sales Enablement & Go-To-Market Alignment

  • Partner closely with the CRO and sales leadership to support complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Ensure marketing messaging, content, and programs address buyer needs throughout high-value sales conversations
  • Guide ICP definition, segmentation, competitive positioning, and market prioritization in partnership with product and sales


Marketing Operations & Scale

  • Establish operational rigor across the marketing organization, including planning, reporting, attribution, and forecasting
  • Drive scalable processes, tools, and best practices that enable efficient, sustainable growth
  • Ensure marketing performance is visible, measurable, and aligned to company revenue goals


Team Leadership & Global Collaboration

  • Lead by example as a high-impact marketing leader, fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture across brand, communications, demand generation, and field marketing
  • Lead across all digital channels, including Social Media, Web, and leveraging modern Generative AI tools and technologies.
  • Manage and develop the global marketing team, ensuring clear ownership, strong cross-functional alignment, and consistent performance management
  • Scale the marketing team using modern AI and other automation tools


Qualifications:

  • Marketing Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading multiple marketing functions within a B2B or enterprise SaaS organization at scale ($50+M ARR)
  • Strategic & Hands-On Leadership: Ability to set direction while remaining involved in execution as needed
  • Demand Generation Expertise: Demonstrated success building and optimizing demand generation engines that support enterprise sales
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven experience partnering closely with sales, product, and executive teams
  • Enterprise Messaging Expertise: Strong ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling value propositions
  • Enterprise SaaS Experience: Experience marketing SaaS products to large enterprises with deal sizes ranging from $100K to $1M

Compensation:

The target compensation for this position is $240,000 - 280,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
