Treasury Analyst

Location: US Remote / DFW area Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash, stablecoin, and multi-currency liquidity management across bank accounts, wallets, and custody providers.
• Manage cash flow forecasts and ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations across LATAM, U.S., and Asia.
• Supervise wallet/account reconciliations and ensure treasury entries align with the general ledger.
• Coordinate with Ops, BD, and Finance teams to plan and execute internal fund transfers, settlements, and vendor payments.
• Maintain visibility into all treasury systems (e.g., Cobo, Binance, Fireblocks, Wise, Citibank, Clara) and their documentation.
• Establish and continuously improve internal treasury controls and SOPs.
• Support treasury-related audit deliverables, treasury policy development, and NetSuite integration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of treasury experience, ideally in fintech, crypto, or multi-entity tech firms.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Solid understanding of both fiat and crypto asset operations.
• Experience with multi-entity cash management, crypto wallet platforms, and treasury risk controls.
• Proficiency in Excel and tools such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Cobo.
• Familiarity with audit processes, ERP system onboarding, and treasury compliance.
• High level of ownership, precision, and responsiveness.
