Job Title: Trainee, Client Analytics

Reports to: Manager, Client Insights & Analytics

Job Purpose

The Dior Corporate Trainee participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. By working closely with their assigned Department, the Trainee supports the organization’s short and long-term objectives through day to day administrative and long-term project work. Trainees across departments will collaborate to develop initiatives to improve business results, and present a project to the Executive Leadership Team. The Client Analytics Trainee will be involved in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on critical client metrics and initiatives. They will work on various reports and analytics projects to provide valuable insights to both the stores and corporate teams. Additionally, the trainee will be responsible for data cleaning and file organization.

Tasks And Responsibilities

KPIs, REPORTS, & LIST

  • Assist in managing and running reoccurring zone level client reports
  • Collaborate with internal partners for additional reporting and list needs
  • Create adHoc reporting dashboards, decks, and insights by using internal data platforms
  • Support User Acceptance Tests (UATs) when implementing new tools
  • Help with migrating reports from Excel to Business Intelligence (BI) Visualization Tools

DATABASE HYGIENE

  • Assist with Client databases hygiene, report maintenance and accuracy
  • Manage weekly client reallocation and merging projects using CRM tools
  • Partner with the regional teams to ensure data accuracy across boutiques and client advisors' reports
  • Responsible for updating the client data dictionary

Skills And Competencies

  • Strong analytical skills – ability to shift through very large datasets (have a high comfort level with client data)
  • Strong project management and organization skills with the ability to follow-through and prioritize (able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines)
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written (strong interpersonal skills)
  • Ability to make autonomous decisions in a timely manner

Profile

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of prior experience
  • Full-time, 12-month program from June 2026 through July 2027
  • Available to work M-F, 9-6pm, Friday work from home
  • Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytic skills and desire to work with data sets/figures
  • Background in luxury retail is preferred
  • Proactive follow-through practices
  • Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy
  • Proficient analytical capabilities, must be able to learn new applications quickly
  • Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs (Excel is a must, Power BI, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus

Additional information

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary of $20 per hour, plus potential eligibility to participate in the Company's medical benefits plan, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
