  • Should take care of Shift Production activities with the junior employees.
  • Interaction with Stores, Quality control & related departments.
  • Responsible for Safety, 5 S & general discipline Knowledge on machineries, welding, assembling of

Valve components.

  • Knowledge on drawings, process layouts, basic material.
  • Knowledge on testing, interaction with third party inspectors , Lean concepts, like JIT system ,

Kanban , SMED , VSM.

  • Knowledge In welding - SMAW , Tungsten Inert Gas, Metal Inert Gas Welding , plasma transferred arc welding, Submerged arc welding is mandatory.
  • Coordination with planning & ensure daily output in terms of Plan Vs Actual.
  • Ensure 100 % adherence to the monthly production & revenue plan.
  • Should be able to handle employees based on their skills.
  • End to end handling of activities is expected
