We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and highly organized Social Media Manager to join the KULTXR team. This person should understand how culture moves online — from short-form video and creator content to audience engagement, community building, and platform-specific strategy.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working across platforms including Instagram, X, Fanfix, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Rumble, and knows how to adapt content for each audience instead of using a one-size-fits-all approach.


This role will support the planning, scheduling, publishing, and optimization of social content for KULTXR and related projects.


Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and coordinating daily/weekly social media content across multiple platforms
  • Helping develop content calendars, posting schedules, captions, and campaign ideas
  • Monitoring social trends, platform updates, viral formats, and creator/community conversations
  • Assisting with short-form content strategy for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Rumble, and other video-first platforms
  • Writing strong captions, hooks, calls-to-action, and community engagement copy
  • Tracking performance, audience growth, engagement, and content insights
  • Supporting creator, talent, brand, and partner-related social campaigns
  • Maintaining a consistent brand voice across KULTXR’s digital channels
  • Using ChatGPT Pro to support brainstorming, caption writing, content planning, research, and workflow efficiency


Ideal candidate should have:

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Fanfix, and Rumble
  • Experience managing or supporting social media accounts for a brands, creators, media company, entertainment property, or startup
  • A good eye for content, culture, design, trends, and storytelling
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to move fast, stay organized, and manage multiple projects at once
  • Comfort using AI tools, especially ChatGPT Pro, to improve productivity and creative output
  • Understanding of analytics, engagement metrics, and what drives audience growth
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to bring ideas to the table
