We’re looking for an experienced SEO Manager with global, multi‑brand, and multi‑website expertise to help grow organic traffic and strengthen search performance across our digital ecosystem. This role focuses on optimizing content, improving on‑page SEO, driving GEO performance, and supporting the migration of multiple country sites into a centralized global web experience.

You’ll collaborate closely with product marketing, content, and paid media teams to align SEO and PPC strategies, uncover new opportunities, and drive measurable growth through experimentation and data‑driven insights.


What You’ll Do

  • Research and outline SEO‑optimized content for writers using keyword insights, buyer personas, and best practices.
  • Identify strategic keywords and topics aligned with content strategy, partnering with internal teams and subject matter experts.
  • Implement on‑page optimizations to improve performance, indexability, and user experience.
  • Lead backlinks migration and manage 301 redirect planning for each website.
  • Produce monthly SEO reports for individual country sites, measuring effectiveness of SEO/GEO improvements.
  • Optimize mobile experiences and adjust user journeys based on trends and behavioral insights.
  • Strengthen the existing SEO content strategy by identifying gaps that can improve rankings, traffic, conversions, and revenue.
  • Conduct competitive research to identify keyword gaps and opportunities for improved page optimization.
  • Track, analyze, and report SEO metrics, rankings, traffic, and KPIs to guide continuous optimization.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of in‑house SEO experience for a global company.
  • 5+ years focused on optimizing content within a CMS where content is shared across multiple geographies.
  • A proven track record of improving rankings, traffic, and/or revenue through SEO strategy and experimentation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain insights and partner effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple cross‑functional content strategy projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities across on‑page and off‑page SEO.
  • Proficiency with key SEO tools/platforms, such as:Google Search Console
  • Ahrefs

  • Google Analytics GA4
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • VWO
  • Lightspeed
