• ions.Implement Lean and continuous improvement tools (5S, Standard Work, Kaizen, Kanban, SMED, Poka Yoke) to improve throughput, flow, and effici
• ency.Track and report KPIs: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Pe
• ople.Partner with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to resolve bottlenecks and improve proce
• sses.Lead root cause investigations and drive corrective/preventive act
• ions.Develop and coach supervisors and coordinators, enhancing team capability and career gr

owth.
Qualific

• ations
  7+ years in manufacturing operations; 3+ years managing a production area in fabrication/assembly. (ideally at the Plant Management Level or able to make that step
• soon.)Proven experience applying Lean/continuous improvement tools and leading improvement initi
• atives.Knowledge of fabrication/assembly processes (e.g., sheet metal, welding, machining, te
• sting).Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving
• skills.Proficient in ERP/MES systems and Excel/Sheets; Bachelor’s in Engineering, Operations, or related field (or equivalent exper

ience).

Salary: $150k-$160k + 10% bonus potential. Comprehensive benefi
