Senior Brand Manager

At Bones Coffee Company, we are brewing bold ideas and big growth in the CPG and eCommerce space. We are adding to our team and seeking an experienced, detail oriented Senior Brand Manager  to lead the performance, positioning and growth of our products. This role owns the day-to-day brand management, integrated marketing execution, portfolio performance, and go-to-market activation across all consumer touchpoints. 

What You’ll Do

·        Lead brand performance tracking across revenue, margin, market share, and marketing ROI

·        Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, earned and retail channels

·        Manage annual brand planning, product positioning, and seasonal activation programs

·        Analyze syndicated and consumer data to identify trends and opportunities

·        Partner cross-functionally with Innovation, Sales, Finance and agency teams

·        Lead launch activation for new products and maintain portfolio health

·        Manage agency relationships, budgets, and marketing spend reporting

What you Bring

·        7-10 years of CPG brand management or marketing experience

·        Proven success managing brand and driving measurable business growth

·        Strong analytical, and financial acumen with experience using Circana/IRI, NielsenIQ or SPINS.

·        Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and agency partners

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills

·        Collaborative mindset with a passion for marketing and branding

·        Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
