Our team is looking for an SEO Manager (remote) to join our team.

Our ideal candidate will have all those characteristics you’ve come to expect from a job posting: effective communication skills both written and verbal, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self motivation.

To be technical about it, our SEO Manager will be expected to:

• Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and make recommendations to our clients based on their industry and goals
• Develop and implement strategic on-page optimization plans for our clients to help their online content succeed in driving organic traffic to their websites
• Develop AI-enhanced content strategies that improve search visibility while maintaining quality and authenticity
• Generate monthly reports using aggregate tools
• Be extremely organized and be great at managing deadlines
• Review monthly reports on client calls to review progress and communicate next steps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (paid media, content, social, design) to ensure integrated campaigns
• Stay current with search engine algorithm updates, including AI-driven changes to search results and ranking factors.

Does your resume include the following?

• 4+ years of experience with on-page SEO (agency experience is a plus)
• Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile
• Knowledge of structured data, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals
• Experience in a client-facing role
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms
• Must have experience implementing SEO changes in Wordpress (Wix, SquareSpace and others are desired but not required)
• Familiarity with AI-powered SEO and content tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or related field
