SAP Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant to analyze business requirements, design SAP solutions, configure system functionalities, and support end-to-end implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in one or more SAP modules and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Configure and customize SAP modules based on business needs.
• Design functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for development.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.
• Work on SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Conduct end-user training and provide post-go-live support.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of SAP Functional Consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in one or more SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, QM, PM, PS, EWM, WM, HCM, SuccessFactors, SRM, Ariba, MDG, GRC, or EPPM.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.
• Experience in SAP configuration and functional design.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers.
• Experience with system testing, UAT, and production support.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is a plus.
• SAP certification in the relevant functional module is preferred.
• Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
