Account Manager – OEM Solutions
Position Overview
The Account Manager – OEM Solutions is responsible for growing and supporting OEM Server, Storage, Software, and Networking solutions across a portfolio of retail client partners. These partners range from payment automation providers to technology-driven retail solution companies.
This role focuses on managing existing relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to increase OEM solution adoption. The ideal candidate is relationship-focused, proactive, and comfortable working within a retail technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow OEM server, storage, software, and networking opportunities within assigned retail client accounts
Support partners ranging from payment automation providers to broader retail technology solution organizations
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Qualify new opportunities and assist in closing deals in partnership with sales leadership
Collaborate with inside sales, outbound sales, and marketing to drive OEM solution awareness
Coordinate with OEM partner teams to leverage programs, incentives, and promotional offerings
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and CRM documentation
Provide regular performance and growth updates to sales leadership
Ensure smooth collaboration with technical configuration and delivery teams to support client success
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in IT sales, account management, or technology business development
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple partner accounts
Results-driven with a focus on revenue growth and customer retention
High School Diploma required
Relevant sales or technical certifications a plus
