X4 Engineering have partnered with an innovative AI infrastructure start-up that’s building the next generation of real-time communication systems for intelligent software and enterprise applications.

The business is focused on creating scalable infrastructure that enables AI systems, autonomous agents, and enterprise platforms to interact seamlessly in real time. Their technology helps organisations deploy advanced AI-driven workflows more effectively by improving interoperability, communication, and coordination between complex systems.

Following continued growth, they’re now looking for a Python Developer to be the bridge connecting a fast-growing AI startup to the entire AI universe. You'll enable millions of AI agents to communicate seamlessly by integrating every major AI framework and platform into a global communication layer.

Key Requirements:

• Strong Python development expertise (6+ years), with solid knowledge of object-oriented programming and asynchronous programming (asyncio).
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks, particularly LangChain, Crew.AI, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks.
• Proven track record of building and integrating with large language model (LLM) providers such as OpenAI and AWS Bedrock.
• Demonstrated ability to design and build high-performance, high-throughput APIs and microservices.
• Experience scaling and deploying systems on AWS or other major cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI agent communication protocols and the ability to define and implement standards.
• Ability to build and maintain integrations across multiple third-party AI frameworks and platforms.
• A genuine passion for the AI space and a drive to push the boundaries of what AI agents can do.
