We’re hiring a high-energy Marketing Director to lead strategy, execution, and growth for a product-driven organization. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution—owning brand, demand generation, digital marketing, trade shows, and sales alignment.

What You’ll Do:

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute annual and multi-year marketing strategies aligned to growth goals
  • Own brand positioning and messaging across products, customers, and channels
  • Advise leadership on market trends, customer insights, and go-to-market strategy

Demand Generation & Digital

  • Lead digital marketing across SEO, SEM, paid media, email, social, and web
  • Build scalable lead-generation programs supporting commercial and institutional sales
  • Drive e-commerce and customer acquisition initiatives
  • Track ROI, conversion metrics, and campaign performance

Product Marketing & Sales Enablement

  • Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches
  • Develop product messaging, value propositions, and sales tools
  • Align marketing efforts with sales strategy and pipeline goals

Brand, Content & Events

  • Ensure consistent branding across all channels
  • Oversee content creation (video, graphics, social, storytelling)
  • Manage agencies and vendors
  • Own trade show strategy and execution, attending key shows

Team & Budget

  • Lead a small internal team and external partners
  • Set priorities, timelines, and expectations
  • Own the marketing budget (~$1M) and forecasting


What We’re Looking For:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience with leadership responsibilities
  • B2B experience with complex or technical products
  • Strong digital marketing, analytics, and communication skills
  • High energy, initiative, and ability to lead change

Preferred

  • Experience in regulated or technical industries (medical device, simulation, healthcare, etc.)
  • E-commerce and demand generation experience
  • Trade show and agency management experience
  • AI-forward mindset
