Position Overview

We’re seeking a creative and technically-minded Architectural Lighting Designer to join our growing team. You’ll support a range of projects from concept to completion, working closely with our design team to bring innovative lighting solutions to life. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic firm on the ground floor, with ample room for growth and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

·        Assist in the development of lighting design concepts for architectural projects.

·        Produce lighting layouts and technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.

·        Prepare presentation materials, renderings, and reports.

·        Perform lighting calculations and photometric analysis.

·        Support the team in project documentation and coordination with architects and engineers.

·        Participate in internal design discussions and client meetings as needed.

·        Contribute to maintaining organized project files and documentation.

Required Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in Lighting Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

·        Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience working at a lighting company.

·        Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

·        Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

·        Interest in learning and growing within the field of architectural lighting.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

·        Familiarity with AGI32 or other lighting calculation software.

·        Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

·        Experience with Bluebeam for document review and markup.

·        A portfolio that demonstrates a mix of technical and creative lighting work.
