About The Opportunity
Reporting to our Principal [specify studio location], you will be a creative force at Arcadia who will develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that shape world-class environments from concept through to completion.

Join a relatively new studio designing the next chapter of Newcastle’s evolution, from revitalised waterfronts to nature‑rich urban precincts. At Arcadia, you’ll help shape a city where coastal lifestyle, affordability, and innovation come together in a way few places can offer.
A glimpse into your day
Assist with managing diverse projects from initial concept through to successful completion.
Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that push the boundaries of landscape architecture.
Prepare comprehensive, detailed design documentation and technical specifications.
Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
Deliver projects strictly on time, within budget, and according to the agreed scope.
Participate in design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to ensure excellence.
Maintain project administration and documentation, ensuring reputation and quality are upheld throughout.
The expertise you’ll bring
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a closely related field.
Demonstrated professional experience within the landscape architecture industry.
High proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
Strong design and documentation skills with an eye for technical detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Growing project management and organisational skills within a project-focused environment.
A genuine passion for sustainability and a drive for innovative, forward-thinking design.
