INTERN - Software Developer Engineer

Role Summary

This is not a “watch and learn” internship. As a Software Development Intern, you will work directly on real systems used by healthcare organizations nationwide. You will help build, improve, and modernize critical platform services while learning how professional engineering teams operate in a high-impact, regulated SaaS environment.

You will be trusted with meaningful work, mentored by experienced engineers, and exposed to how strategy becomes software.

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship real features, tools, and integrations used in production


• Contribute to modern web applications, APIs, and internal platforms


• Work alongside senior engineers on platform modernization and automation


• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning


• Help improve system reliability, performance, and scalability


• Learn how secure, compliant software is built in healthcare technology


• Document solutions and share knowledge with the team
