About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and grow Embrava's marketing function. This is a management role: you will own marketing strategy, manage the marketing team, and act as the public face of the department. You will guide our events and email programs, coordinate the work of the team, and make sure marketing is driving real, measurable growth for the business

This role suits someone who is equally comfortable setting strategy and leading a team to execute, with the ability to make a visible impact on the company's growth.

What You'll Do

Lead the marketing team

  • Manage, mentor, and grow the marketing team, setting clear goals and priorities
  • Build marketing plans and budgets, and own how resources are allocated across channels
  • Serve as the go-to marketing partner for sales, product, and leadership

Own marketing strategy

  • Develop and execute Embrava's overall marketing strategy
  • Define positioning, messaging, and target audiences for our products
  • Identify new opportunities, channels, and markets to support company growth

Oversee events

  • Assist in planning events such as trade shows, webinars, customer events, and launches
  • Lead and support the events coordinator, setting priorities and reviewing plans
  • Make sure events are measured and that attendance turns into follow-up and pipeline

Manage email marketing

  • Own the email marketing program, including campaigns, newsletters, and nurture sequences
  • Build and segment lists, write and schedule send, and run A/B tests
  • Track open, click, and conversion rates, and improve performance overtime

Be the face of marketing

  • Represent the marketing department internally and externally
  • Could have the opportunity to present at events, webinars, and meetings
  • Act as a confident spokesperson for the Embrava brand

Generate demand and support sales

  • Run campaigns that generate qualified leads and support sales and revenue targets
  • Work closely with sales to align on pipeline, hand-offs, and follow-up
  • Manage marketing tools and automation to keep campaigns running smoothly

Measure and report

  • Track the performance of all marketing activity and report results to leadership
  • Use data to guide decisions and improve return on marketing spend
  • Set and monitor key metrics such as leads generated, conversion rates, and cost per lead

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 1 to 2 years managing people or leading projects and teams
  • A track record of planning and running successful campaigns and events
  • Strong email marketing experience, including marketing automation tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting and public speaking
  • Experience owning brand, content, and digital channels (website, SEO, social)
  • An analytical mindset and comfort using data to measure and improve results
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, hardware, or workplace or office technology
  • Familiarity with demand generation and the B2B buyer journey
  • Experience marketing to IT, workplace, facilities, or HR decision-makers
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM and automation platforms
  • Comfort working with AI-powered marketing tools
  • Experience supporting growth across multiple markets or countries
