General Manager Operations

We're conducting a search for a General Manager to lead a diverse industrial services operation serving customers across transportation, environmental services, processing, and logistics-related markets. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a proven professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.

Responsibilities:

As the senior operational leader for the region, you will:

• Lead multiple operating locations and business functions across the Colorado market
• Drive safety, operational performance, and profitability
• Develop and coach a team of operational and administrative leaders
• Build trust and accountability across a recently restructured organization
• Partner closely with executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives
• Identify opportunities for growth, process improvement, and operational efficiencies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with shared services teams including Finance, HR, and other corporate functions
• Ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining strong operational discipline

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred
• Proven General Manager, Area Manager, Multi-site Operations management, or comparable leadership experience
• Demonstrated success leading complex operations with full P&L accountability
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of operational drivers
• Experience leading large frontline workforces and multi-functional teams
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management capabilities
• Safety-focused leadership style with a commitment to operational excellence
