Job Description


This role is based in our 605 Third Avenue office.


This Event and Commercial Operations Associate role will sit within the operations team to support the operational delivery and execution of sponsor and exhibitor contracts of the Finovate and Fintech Amercias shows. You will be in a core support role both in the lead-up to and during the on-site delivery of the shows.


Key accountabilities

  • Support on the successful delivery of sponsorships and execution of the exhibit floor taking on specific projects to see through from planning to onsite.
  • Manage branded assets list including collating requirements, placing orders, overseeing deliveries.
  • Manage the relationship with the logistics supplier and oversee show shipments.
  • Manage the onsite temporary staffing for the events, including collating team requirements, managing the schedule, compiling briefing packs, and leading training and delivery onsite.
  • Support on other core deliverables of the shows such as, but not limited to, signage and catering.
  • Maintain and manage the assist inbox alongside the Customer Success team.
  • Ensure admin tasks are completed efficiently and accurately including but not limited to maintaining the supplier database, the exhibitor manual and the production of onsite documentation, FAQs, and onsite welcome packs.
  • Set up and run the onsite organizers’ office.
  • Ad hoc duties, e.g., minute-taking for weekly team meetings, radios/mobile phone ordering.
  • Ensure delivery of exceptional white glove service to clients and the ability to pivot to find solutions that align with overall business objectives and client expectations to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Support the global operations team on other Fintech shows and products in the run up and on site.

  • Office attendance is essential. Current pattern is 3 days a week, subject to change.
  • As this role supports shows across different time zones, alternative work hours will be required, as necessary
  • Professional Fluency in Spanish, preferred

The salary range for this role is $58,000—$62,000, based on experience.
