The Role
• Identify, track, evaluate, and report on web data for Uline’s online shopping sites, directly influencing customer experience.
• Maintain accurate reporting to measure site performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Analyze site performance data to identify and resolve friction points in the digital customer purchase journey.
• Investigate automation opportunities to enhance team efficiency within reporting processes.
• Track competitor activity and emerging digital trends to recommend innovative web analytics solutions.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in industry-leading web analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
• Strong ability to develop and present key metrics, performance trends, and user engagement insights to stakeholders.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel, with strong preference for experience in data visualization tools and SQL.
