Develop and execute on branding strategy for Passaic Capital to brokers and corporates
A Successful Hire Would Be Able To
Represent our brand with important external relationships
Meet with an investor relations person and sell them on bringing management to our offices (or even a regular post-EPS update call)
Effectively advocate on our behalf with brokers
Credibly work with our PMs and analysts
Help us design and implement an approach to planning and prioritizing corporate access
Explain our approach to valuing and paying for corporate access to brokers, and effectively negotiate (at least some) broker agreements
Qualifications
Buyside corporate access experience preferred. Sell side or buy side a must
Good academic credentials
4+ years post college but open to much longer too
NY based or willing to move to NYC or work from the NYC office
Strong communicator, both verbal and written
Experience with branding and marketing, a plus
Maturity and presence
Ability to work with external parties and able to negotiate for our interests/needs
Social and relationship oriented
The estimated base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
