Job Description

We are seeking a polished and detail-oriented Communications Specialist to join our team in New Orleans. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and refining internal and external communication strategies that strengthen brand voice and organizational alignment.

The ideal candidate possesses strong writing and analytical skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling messaging tailored to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans aligned with company objectives
• Draft, edit, and proofread high-quality written materials including corporate communications, press materials, newsletters, and internal announcements
• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand standards across all communications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns, initiatives, and corporate announcements
• Monitor communication effectiveness and provide strategic recommendations for improvement
