TIAA is looking for a Systems Analyst to join an IT Client Transitions Support team for supporting our institutional retirement application portfolio for outsourced administrative services for both our Sole Record Keeping (SRK) and multi-vendor recordkeeping clients. The Analyst is expected to scale up quickly and join an existing IT client transitions support team in supporting critical applications. The scope of support is growing fast and the candidate will need to be able to work independently as well as interface with multiple teams in day to day work. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with good communication skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to be able to respond to and manage unplanned priorities.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
Serves as primary contact for our business partners for the processing and analysis of initial files in the production fix (Prodfix) environment.
Understands both the OSS & MVAS/SRK product offering in detail in order to analyze and provide feedback on file testing results
Responsible for execution of file processing requests in Prodfix, along with results analysis and feedback.
Ensures process results are documented and communicated.
Works with the new client Onboarding Support and MVAS IT Production Support teams to ensure timely transition of clients to BAU (business as usual) support through Operations and IT
Attend ongoing client transition meetings for onboarding; leads discussion of file readiness for production.
Understand the client(s)’ file processing scheduling and file processing requirements for each of the assigned client(s)

Base Pay Range: $93,000/yr - $122,000/yr
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
