About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex analytical problems to solve operational and change management initiatives. You’ll dig into client and internal datasets, connect the dots between data, process, and business outcomes, and serve as a strategic thought partner to our Customer Success team—helping them demonstrate ROI, improve outcomes, and strengthen relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Analysis & Monitoring
Conduct in-depth analysis of healthcare operations data and Customer Success KPIs using Excel, SQL, and Looker.
Provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
Develop and maintain dashboards and performance models to monitor delivery and identify trends.
Strategic Insight & Customer Success Partnership
Go beyond reporting—interpret data to uncover root causes and recommend solutions.
Collaborate closely with Customer Success leaders to craft data-driven strategies that demonstrate value and ROI for customers.
Support strategic initiatives that drive retention, adoption, and measurable impact.
Operational Process Optimization
Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance reporting systems.
Continuously improve forecasting and performance models to support business growth.
Ideal profile/qualifications
5+ years experience with top-tier healthcare management consulting firm (e.g. Accenture, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, EY, Huron, KPMG, McKinsey) or health system strategic operations team with deep understanding of healthcare operations and systems is required.
