$100,000 – $130,000 + Annual Bonus + 401(k) + Full Benefits

The Role:

• Work closely with senior leadership to shape business growth strategy, identify new market opportunities and support expansion into new territories.
• Represent the business across industry networking events, associations and client meetings, strengthening the company's reputation within the Austin AEC market.
• Progress into a Director-level position with the opportunity to mentor junior business development professionals as the company continues to grow.
