Business Analyst

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Business Analyst

Position type: Full time - Contract

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: Philadelphia, PA

As a Business Analyst, You Will

• Maintains the integrity of the system information by timely, accurate data entry.
• Build strong relationships to serve as the point of contact for IT developers and business stakeholders.
• Initiate preliminary business requirements, assess needs, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Evaluate business processes by tracking, trending, and analyzing work processes.
• Trouble-shoot and identify root causes and recommend solutions to manager.
• Track timely resolution by IT development team.
• Participating in meetings and sprint planning sessions to ensure technical partners are progressing towards sprint goals and development is on track.
• Assists in training staff or working with trainers to ensure new procedures are implemented with minimal work interruptions.
• Responds to more complex special requests that may include research, investigation, evaluation, and documentation of findings.
  
  

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 3-4 years proven working experience in a business unit necessary.
• Proficient experience in Microsoft Office Suite and SQL Data Tools.
• Bachelor’s degree
  
  

Preferred skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred or equivalent external experience.

Pay Range And Benefits

Pay Range*:$40- $45per hour

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
