If your AI strategy is not human-centric and education-focused, it is wrong. AI is not the strategy. People are. Educate them. Enable them. Transform them. If your people do not embrace AI, you do not have an AI strategy, you only have a technology budget. #eghtruths

I attended my first in-person startup pitch event this weekend. AngelNV finale at Las Vegas City Hall. I walked in expecting early-stage ideas. What I got was something I didn't expect. Six Nevada founders. Real customers. Contracts in progress. Revenue models they could defend under pressure from angel investors. Watching the Q&A made one thing clear: investors aren't funding vision — they're funding proof. Market validation is the entry ticket now. Not a differentiator — the floor. For the founders I work with: get your first paying customer before you pitch. Have your unit economics on paper before someone makes you figure them out under a spotlight. The room was watching. The math was the story. 🐾 Shoutout to StartUpNV and AngelNV for building a startup ecosystem here in Nevada 👏 Nine Lives Strategy #FPandA #StartupFinance #FounderFinance #AngelInvesting

The families at Skyview Multigenerational Center turned innovation into action by building and programming a robot to capture footage of our precious garden. From designing the build to solving real-time challenges, they showed that creativity grows just like our plants—one idea at a time. 🌱🤖 Watching families work together to protect and document what they’ve grown reminds us that STEM can bloom anywhere, even in the garden. Every challenge became a chance to problem-solve, test, and improve their invention. Las Vegas is becoming an even bigger place for future innovators too. With Universal Destinations & Experiences expanding experiences at @area15.entertainment, opportunities are growing in robotics, production tech, engineering, and immersive entertainment careers right here in our city. Today’s garden robot could be tomorrow’s career. #STEMSaturdays #stemeducation #film #bots #plants #curriculumwriter 🤖🌱

The missing part: "for a purpose." Design combines your engineering and artistic mind to create useful things. Products, processes…whatever. But you want to define that purpose clearly before you begin. #makingmagic

Las Vegas may be building its next Strip - without building another casino. For decades, the most valuable real estate in Las Vegas was physical. Land on the Strip. A casino. A hotel tower. But something else is taking shape. AI infrastructure. Data centers. Gaming technology. Sports technology. Entertainment technology. Autonomous mobility. Las Vegas is no longer just a place where technology is consumed. It is becoming a place where technology is built. And that changes the meaning of prime real estate. Because when a city expands into a new industry, the valuable locations aren't always measured in square feet. Sometimes they're measured in words. That thinking is why I acquired VegasTec.com. Not because Las Vegas has already become a global technology capital. Because the most interesting assets are often acquired before everyone agrees on what the neighborhood will become. #LasVegas #Technology #AI #Innovation #DigitalRealEstate
