Throughout my career, I have dedicated the majority of my time to business planning and execution for major multinational corporations in the high-tech and telecommunications industries. My strength lies in supporting corporate transformation by approaching challenges from both technological and business perspectives.
My career began at a major domestic systems integrator, where I gained broad experience across various phases—from sales planning to design and development—over six years. I then joined Accenture, where I spent over 21 years working on diverse projects spanning management consulting, technology consulting, system integration, and outsourcing.
At Accenture, based in Tokyo, I served as the Head of the Asia Pacific and Japan High-Tech Industry Practice within the Business Consulting Division. Leading a team of over 100 consultants, I managed the industry consulting domain and, as a client account lead, built large-scale clients known as Diamond Class.
In November 2025, I joined ABeam Consulting, joining the CEO Office to drive the company's manufacturing services and overseas business.
His extensive experience spans account development and sales, business/IT consulting (digital strategy formulation, project planning, business transformation promotion, project management, and transformation across the entire enterprise value chain).
He advances the consulting business with the motto: “Think about transformation through technology starting from the client's value perspective and build the business.”

Ryosuke Sato shared thisLast week, on April 24, ABeam Consulting held its company-wide Kick-off Meeting. ABeam’s leadership from across our global regions gathered, and many leaderships from our business partners, BearingPoint and Optimum Solutions, also visited Tokyo. This allowed us to reaffirm our business strategy for the current fiscal year and the importance of global collaboration. The Global Operations Meeting was also held that same week, providing an opportunity for representatives from each entity and business unit to share strategies in greater depth. As the head of the Manufacturing Business Unit, I participated in panel discussions with global leaders and various strategic deliberations. It has been about six months since I joined ABeam. I have met and engaged with many people, and I have been able to integrate into the firm’s culture at an incredible pace. I am now so exited for the future. I would like to express my gratitude to our CEO, Yamada-san and the rest of the management team at ABeam, who have welcomed me with open arms, as well as to the leadership teams at BearingPoint and Optimum Solutions. I am committed to doing my utmost to ensure that ABeam Consulting, as Japan originate global firm, continues to deliver even greater value to our clients. 先週、4月24日にアビームコン��ルティングの全社Kick-off Meetingが開催されました。 グローバルの各地域からアビームのリーダーシップが集い、また当社と事業提携をしているBearingPointそしてOptimumSolutionsからも多くのマネジメントが東京に来訪し、今期のビジネス戦略やグローバル協業の重要性を再確認することができました。 同じ週にはGlobal Operation Meetingも開かれ、各エンティティ・BUの代表者でより深い戦略の共有を行うこともできました。 私自身、製造ビジネスユニットの長として、グローバルリーダーとのPannel Discussionや各種の戦略討議に参加しました。アビームにJoinして約半年、多くの人々と出会い、対話してきましたが、ものすごいスピード感でファームのカルチャーに溶け込むことができ、今では今後に向けてやる気にあふれています。 懐深く私を受け入れて頂いたABeamの山田社長をはじめとするマネジメントの皆さん、BearingPointやOptimum Solutionsのリーダーシップの皆さんに感謝です。 これからもアビームコンサルティングが、日本発のグローバルファームとしてお客様により大きな価値を提供できるよう、尽力していきたいと思います。

Ryosuke Sato shared this2025年10月31日、21年半勤めてきたアクセンチュアを退職しました。 永きに渡り、挑戦と成長の場を与えてくれたアクセンチュアと同僚社員、そして何よりお客様に感謝いたします。国内3,000人に満たなかったファームが今では30,000人。グローバルでも80万人という途方もない規模へ成長を遂げた20年、自分にとってもかけがえのない経験を積ませてもらいました。 明日からまた、新たな職場で更なるチャレンジをしていくつもりです。変わらぬお付き合いをよろしくお願いします！ On October 31, 2025, I retired from Accenture after 21 and a half years of service. I am deeply grateful to Accenture, my colleagues, and above all, our clients for providing me with a long-term environment for challenge and growth. Over these 20 years, I witnessed the firm grow from fewer than 3,000 people domestically to 30,000 today, and globally to an incredible 800,000. This period provided me with invaluable experience. Starting tomorrow, I will take on new challenges at a new workplace. I look forward to continuing our relationship!
