CAUTI - 3 Different Grip-Loks that would secure a foley catheter. Serious Complications - Grip- Lok was an adhesive non suture less device that was easy to remove…

Also we developed a hydrocolloid securement that was water based and primarily used for Babies and Geriatric patients. This was big step in stealing business from the major competition. I created a map for each department to ask the right discover questions. The need was there but no hospital will tell you that they have high infection rates. The questions were key to getting in the door and starting the in-service process. Once that happened we converted of 75% of the business.
