Michael Bergamo shared thisMy friends, it has been a while! We have been working on something special. What if your IT plan was built for your people— not your PC? The managed IT industry has been organizing technology support around machines for decades — per device, per server, per license, etc. We think the unit of measure has been wrong the whole time. People are the ones who need support. People are the ones who get phished, need training, work remotely, get onboarded, and depend on technology every single day to do their jobs. We're rethinking how IT support should work — from the ground up. Something new is here. https://lnkd.in/ev7kpi4f #ManagedIT #ITSupport #CyberSecurity #PeopleFirst #SmallBusiness #RichmondVA

Michael Bergamo reposted thisMichael Bergamo reposted this🚨 AI Security Alert: Why “Zero-Click” Attacks Like EchoLeak Should Concern Every Small Business By CodeBlue Technology AI tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot promise unprecedented productivity. But what happens when the very intelligence designed to help your business becomes a silent security risk? Recently, cybersecurity researchers discovered EchoLeak—the first-ever zero-click attack on Microsoft 365 Copilot. It’s a stark reminder that even cutting-edge AI can be compromised without warning, without a click, and without the user even knowing. 🧠 What Happened? EchoLeak uses a specially crafted email to silently instruct Microsoft Copilot to dig through internal data (emails, chats, documents) and transmit it to an attacker’s server—all without any user interaction. Think of it as AI being tricked into becoming a data thief inside your company walls. ⚠️ Why It Matters to Small Business You don’t need to be a Fortune 500 company to be targeted. As small businesses increasingly adopt agentic AI tools, the attack surface grows. And because these tools work off context and language—not just code—they’re vulnerable to attacks that traditional firewalls or antivirus software won’t catch. “This is the weaponization of AI’s greatest strength: understanding context,” said one analyst. “Unfortunately, it can also be its greatest vulnerability.” 🔐 What Should You Do? Whether you’ve already adopted AI assistants or are just starting to explore them, here are key takeaways: • Assume compromise is possible. Don’t blindly trust default AI security configurations. • Limit AI access to sensitive data. Don’t let Copilot (or similar agents) process everything in your digital workspace without clear boundaries. • Red-team your AI usage. If you’re deploying advanced tools, validate them with adversarial testing—just like you would a firewall. 💡 How CodeBlue Helps At CodeBlue Technology, we guide small businesses in safely deploying and managing AI solutions. From building secure Microsoft 365 environments to configuring Copilot usage with risk in mind, we treat AI as a strategic asset—but never ignore its security implications. ⸻ AI can be a co-pilot—or a liability. The difference comes down to how well it’s managed. Let’s talk about how to build a secure AI strategy that matches your business’s goals and risk tolerance. 🔵 Book a Consultation with CodeBlue Technology #AIsecurity #Microsoft365 #Copilot #EchoLeak #SmallBusinessIT #ZeroTrust #CyberSecurity #AgenticAI #CodeBlueTechnology

Michael Bergamo shared thisSeasonal off-brand post: this house has an extensive number of outbuildings. My dear friend Doug had a house for hobbies. I took Friday to clean this one out, paint it and figure out flooring. The 7th grade geometry scholars would have had an easier time. Learning with your hands is not the easiest, fastest or most efficient way. It’s not better, it’s not clean. It is however, the only way I learn. Oh and YouTube. A lot of YouTube. Bless my sweet parents for cheering this latest micro obsession on.James Bergamo and bringing every obscure tool that made the job easier. So much of what I get to do in a a working day is heady stuff, planning and problem eradication, clearing paths and so on. Sharpen the axe and keep swinging, a friend would say. Update your Windows 10 computers folks! Back to your regular scheduled content 😉😊

Michael Bergamo shared thisIt's time folks, Windows 10 came out in 2015! It feels like yesterday. We were all staring at a Start Menu in the middle of the screen. Minimizing Minecraft ads and looking to Edge to Google where Internet Explorer is hiding. We are issuing updates to partners for Windows 11 where the hardware can support it. If your hardware is older, Windows 11 will balk. We're here to help get you freshened up!Michael Bergamo shared this🔔 Windows 10 End of Life: What You Need to Know On October 14, 2025, Microsoft will officially end support for Windows 10. That means: ⚠️ No more security or software updates 🛠️ Limited technical support 🔓 Increased vulnerability to cyber threats Now is the time to plan your upgrade. Microsoft recommends moving to Windows 11 or replacing older devices entirely. Don't wait until it's too late—reach out now to start preparing.

Michael Bergamo reacted on thisA great team shows resiliencey especially during tough times. Having a team that pulls together and lifts each other up is a dream come true for any leader! I’m blessed to work with a team that embodies these qualities!Michael Bergamo reacted on this🌟 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸: 𝗨𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀🌟 In the journey toward success, it's easy to focus on individual achievement. However, one of the most valuable lessons I've learned is that success is rarely a solo endeavor. Behind every milestone, there’s a team of dedicated, talented people whose collaboration, support, and expertise make it possible. Having a strong team is not just about sharing workload—it's about fostering innovation, building resilience, and creating a culture of continuous growth. Recognizing and appreciating the contributions of others amplifies our collective potential and drives us toward shared goals. Remember, no matter how talented you are, surrounding yourself with good people—mentors, colleagues, and team members—can elevate your work to new heights. Success is a collective effort, and valuing your team is key to building a sustainable, impactful career. Let's celebrate the power of teamwork and the remarkable achievements it enables. Together, we are stronger, smarter, and more capable of making a lasting impact. #Teamwork #Collaboration #Leadership #Success #TogetherWeGrow

Michael Bergamo reacted on thisMichael Bergamo reacted on thisJust got off a call with a client who beat their May budget by 21%. What did they want to talk about? Not celebrating. Not excuses. Not luck. They wanted to talk about what they could do better next month. That's one thing I've noticed about the healthiest companies: they don't let success make them comfortable. They enjoy the win. Then they get curious. Where can we improve? What can we learn? What's next? Growth isn't usually one big breakthrough. It's continuous improvement, stacked week after week. How does your team respond after a win? Celebrate, coast or get curious?
