“Meeta and i had the oppty to work together as TUMI and SAP were developing a plan to UPGRADE the IT system at TUMI. With Meeta as the leader of a collaborative, cross functional group from TUMI and SAP we developed an analysis to help set the course for the process to bring the new SAP software on line based upon the current needs of TUMI o achieve its growth plans. Meeta was well organized, thoughtful and PUSHED us hard to get our of our comfort zones to really think about what a luxury, travel lifestyle brand would look like in the future. A plan was successfully delivered on a timely basis and the meeting improved the cross functional collaboration within TUMI well before any formal plans were finalized with SAP on the upgrade. Meeta managed thru rough situations in the meetings when different functions/participants disagreed vehemently. she stayed calm and we all ended up on the same page through open discussions and realistic compromise. As a leader to help people think of new things and approached i strongly recommend Meeta Patel. but if you arent willing to change, don't waste your money. but the change is coming!! ”
