Warburg Pincus LLC closing a $3bn financial services fund in this market says a lot. Despite higher rates, tighter regulation, and tougher fundraising conditions, capital is still flowing into financial services, especially where technology is improving how the industry actually works. The opportunity isn’t about flashy fintech anymore. It’s about using tech to make financial institutions more efficient, scalable, and resilient. Payments, data, infrastructure, software all becoming core, not optional.
