This wasn’t an easy choice, in fact, it had to be an extraordinary one to pull me away from such an exceptional team. During my time here, we achieved so much together, most importantly, we built a culture rooted in care, accountability, and genuine connection, the kind of teamwork that makes every day rewarding. To my talented leadership team, Rita L., John C., Victoria Owens, SHRM-CP, Mark Ramdass, Andrea Velasquez, Shukri, Christi Brubaker and Abraham, thank you for your commitment, passion, and trust. To Christopher DeCosty, thank you for your support, collaboration, and belief in what we could accomplish together. Leaving this chapter behind is hard, but I do so with immense pride in what we built, and deep gratitude for every person who helped make it possible. Stay tuned… I can’t wait to share what’s next. The next chapter promises to be something truly special.
