Culture is NOT remote work. Culture is NOT free fitbits. If we begin to believe that these things define our culture, we begin to make culture "fluffy." Culture IS the heartbeat of our company. Culture IS the central nervous system. Culture IS the core. ...and it all starts with your people. Get to know your people. Find what makes them tick. Become super vulnerable. Be there for each other. Center around a shared purpose. Grow together. Learn together. Inspire each other. Challenge each other. Build a culture that unites your people around a vision that supports a greater cause. I challenge you: go deeper with #culture.

After nearly a decade of dreaming big dreams and doing cool things on behalf of our amazing clients, I have been promoted to CEO. Today is my first official day and I’ve never felt more excited, empowered and grateful. Our incredible team, clients and agency partners have inspired me every day since I joined MMI nearly 10 years ago. I am looking forward to many more magic moments for all of us as we continue to innovate in marketing communications and optimization. Old ways don't open new doors, and I'm ready to kick some new doors open with my dream team!
