ICYMI - You HAVE TO Try This Test:  If you're a local business and want to improve your SEO, here’s a game-changing tip that takes 10 minutes: add your business address to the footer of your website. We tested this with a service-area business in Phoenix. Before adding the address, they ranked decently for “furnace repair Phoenix.” After the change, their rankings skyrocketed. But here’s the kicker: not only did their organic rankings improve, but their local pack rankings did, too. Google’s algorithm paid attention to that address and rewarded them with better visibility in local search results. What about multiple locations? We tested that, too. Here’s what we found: 📈  The first location added: immediate ranking boost. 📈  The second location added: slight increase. 📈  The third location added: big jump. And, no, adding more locations didn’t hurt the rankings of any existing addresses. Instead, it enhanced them. So, if you’re managing a multi-location business, don’t skip this tip—add all your locations to your footer. It’s a small tweak that delivers big results. Did it work? After thousands of listing audits and launches, I can spot these in seconds… If your sales are flat, chances are your listing is guilty of at least 2–3 of them 👇 1. No clear value prop in the first bullet People skim. Make the first 5 words hit like a hook. Not fluff. 2. All caps bullets (still??) This isn’t a billboard in 2005. CAPS scream, but they don’t sell. 3. Generic lifestyle images Smiling lady. Holding product. White kitchen. We’ve all seen it. It means nothing. Be specific. Show real use. 4. No emotional copy Features don’t convert. Feelings do. Solve problems. Speak desires. 5. Irrelevant backend keywords You’re not Nike. You don’t need “shoes.” Use niche-specific, high-intent terms. Or lose ranking. 6. No coupon or incentive If you’re not giving buyers a reason to act now, someone else will.
