OD Practitioner, Vol. 38, #1, 2006.
Matt Minahan, Karl Albrecht, Stan Herman, and Bill LeGray created an "OD Educational Practices Survey", and provided followup reporting for improvements. Learnings "as taught (initially)", and then “(latter on) as now believed" were assessed- after people had experienced teaching and/or practicing in the field. Dr, Bea Carson assisted with statistical analysis, and introduced some new thoughts and judgements into the project, when Matt and Bea authored the formally published paper.
