📓 AI isn't going to replace your job; it's going to replace those who don't know how to use AI in your role. 👶 Currently on leave from #Adobe post having my baby (huge shoutout to Adobe for their generous maternity leave), I enrolled in a 5-week AI prompting course at the University of Utah. Sharing weekly insights from the course to benefit my network. 🧠 This week's focus: crafting effective prompts. Key takeaway – the power of custom GPTs. Whether crafting your own or tapping into existing ones, custom GPTs offer valuable advantages. Eager to delve into creating my personalized GPT soon! #AI #ArtificialIntelligence #Learning #ProfessionalDevelopment

🤖 AI can scale your content. But can it scale your brand? Adobe Brand Intelligence is built to do just that! Brand consistency isn't about checking logos and fonts. It's about judgment - the judgement calls that experienced teams apply instinctively across hundreds of small decisions. When AI enters the workflow, those judgment calls don't disappear. They just happen without you. The shift? Brand intelligence moves from a post-production checkpoint to a real-time input that shapes every piece of content as it's created. If you run content operations or are part of the team that does, where does AI fit in? AI can help you scale. But scale means little without quality, consistency, and a strong brand voice and personality. At LavaCon 2026, Emily Byrnes from Thomson Reuters joins Brittany Dickson from Markup AI and Mike Buoy from Adobe to share how 10 writers manage Help & Support content across 200+ products. You’ll hear how they use Adobe Experience Manager Guides to orchestrate content and Markup AI to help keep it on-brand. The real story isn’t how AI replaces the workflow. It’s about putting AI in the right place in the workflow. The past few months, I’ve really leaned into content creation and it’s been a journey of learning, experimenting, and staying true to my authentic self. Being surrounded by creators every day at work (and even more at MAX) is always incredible, there’s always someone to turn to for advice, inspiration, or just honest feedback. A few friends at MAX shared their top tips for creating authentic, impactful content: ♥️ Let your emotions lead, your personal experiences are your strongest material. ♥️ Consistency beats perfection, post, learn, and improve as you go. ♥️ Authenticity comes from embracing yourself fully, quirks and all, and sharing that perspective with the world. Taking these lessons to heart has reminded me that creating content isn’t about getting it “perfect” - it’s about showing up as yourself and connecting with others along the way. Creators, what other advice do you have? Let me know in the comments!

Remember when tech start-ups competed on perks and culture? Fast forward to now: founders are bragging about 100-hour weeks and “no fun” cultures as the AI economy gains traction. What is really going on? Are we losing the plot? Is there a positive outcome to be had in this culture shift? There might be. Jules Shumaker, an incredibly accomplished Revenue executive who has seen it all, joins Dorian and I on this week's episode of UnderNDA to unpack what’s really going on.
