Atchut Kanthamani liked thisToday, I’m excited to share that d8 Group is joining GovExec! When we founded d8 Group, our goal was to help organizations navigate the federal market with the right intelligence, technical expertise, and growth strategy. Joining GovExec gives us new opportunities to build on that work, with access to a broader network, deeper data, and more connections across the public sector. To our clients, partners, and team: thank you for being part of this journey. Our commitment to helping clients succeed remains the same, and I’m excited about what we can accomplish as part of GovExec. On to the next chapter! Read the full press release here: https://lnkd.in/ejHbzvTv #d8Group #GovExec #GovCon #GovTechAtchut Kanthamani liked thisNine years ago, Reeba Magulick founded d8 Group on one belief: the right intelligence, applied at the right moment, can change the outcome of a bid. Today, d8 Group is joining GovExec. d8 Group’s clients have won more than $101B in federal contracts using their pr IQ2B Process. Now, we’re pairing that disciplined approach with the data, reach and government access of GovExec and GovTribe. Contractors get a clearer path from insight to award, and government leaders get partners who better understand their missions. Together, d8 Group and GovExec support clients at every stage of the pursuit. This is a new way to win, and we're just getting started. Read the full announcement: https://lnkd.in/e4qYCDik

Atchut Kanthamani liked thisAtchut Kanthamani liked thisThis week, I started my new role as the Medical Officer in the Performance-Based Payment Policy Group at CMS, within the Center for Medicare. I’ll be helping advance quality and value in Medicare through the Medicare Shared Savings Program, and across the broader healthcare system through the Hospital Price Transparency initiative. How we pay for healthcare shapes health, and so much else. I haven’t been able to look away from the question: How do we pay for health better? I believe answering it is one of the defining tasks of my generation. I’m excited to take on this work alongside a fantastic P3 team Nisha B. and Sibel O. and Original Medicare CMO Jake Quinton MD, MS, MPH. I’m grateful to the many here who have shared their wisdom along the way, especially mentors and colleagues at CMMI, the state agencies in Washington and Connecticut, and the University of Michigan, who taught me how payment policy gets built. And to my patients, who have shown me how these decisions affect people’s lives and who remain our North Star. If you work on value-based care/payment, price transparency, or healthcare payment policy more broadly, I’d love to hear what problems you’re thinking about and what challenges you’re facing.

That mission strongly resonates with me, and I’m excited to contribute my experience across healthcare, finance, government, and operations as the company enters its next chapter. I’m especially looking forward to working with the Board and management team to help Claritev create even greater value for its clients and the people they ultimately serve. Atchut Kanthamani liked thisAtchut Kanthamani liked thisI am deeply honored to have been recognized at the FORUM 2026 Leading for IMPACT Women in Leadership Awards! Congratulations to all of the incredible honorees! 👏🏾🎊 Standing in a room surrounded by so many unstoppable, visionary women—including Kimberly Brandt, recognized as Government Executive of the Year—was a powerful reminder that leadership is about so much more than the titles we hold or the milestones we achieve. It’s about how we show up, lift others, and create opportunities at tables where we haven’t always had a seat. I am especially grateful for leaders like Patrick Newbold, FACHDM, who consistently open doors and remind us that the sky is the limit. I’m equally thankful for supportive women like Jeneen Iwugo, a fellow honoree, whose words of encouragement came at just the right time. Who knew three little words—"You got this!”—could mean so much when navigating the uncertainty and anxiety that can accompany stepping into a new role? Sometimes, the smallest words of encouragement make the biggest difference. To my teammates and colleagues, thank you for your trust, encouragement, and willingness to join me on this journey. Your support has been instrumental, and I am grateful to have you alongside me. As this past year has taught me, it truly takes a village to lead, grow, and make an impact. No one reaches new heights alone. Let’s continue reaching down, reaching back, and pulling others forward—because leadership is not just about how far we go, but how many people we empower to rise with us. Atchut Kanthamani liked thisAtchut Kanthamani liked thisToday, Tria Federal is launching a new campaign to provide federal health leaders with a shared framework for managing the tradeoffs among cost, quality, and access to care—a challenge known as the healthcare trilemma. ⚕️ The campaign launch includes a new microsite and a free e-book, “Redefining the Healthcare Trilemma: A New Operating System for Federal Health.” At federal scale, even a 1% improvement in one area of the trilemma can represent billions of dollars in healthcare resources. These compounded gains can create real opportunities for agencies to better serve Veterans, servicemembers and Medicare/Medicaid beneficiaries. 💡 📢 Says Tria CEO Tim Borchert: "The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and Defense Health Agency each contend with a version of the healthcare trilemma while carrying out their missions for millions of Americans. They manage it every day, often without a shared language for it. "This campaign is about contributing to that language—a model that helps federal leaders see how decisions in one corner of the trilemma ripple through the others, and what it looks like to systematically close the gap between what's promised and what's delivered." Atchut Kanthamani liked thisAtchut Kanthamani liked thisWhew! It’s been a whirlwhind of a week! 😁 However, I took this weekend to finally process the amazing news! I am honored to share that I am now officially joining the ranks of Senior Executive Service (SES)! This milestone reflects not just my personal journey, but the incredible work and mission-driven partnerships that have shaped my career at CMS. Over the past 13 years at CMS, I’ve had the privilege of leading transformative efforts across the Enterprise Systems Solutions Group (ESSG). During my time as Acting and now Permanent Director of ESSG, I helped to transform key CMS platforms into true enterprise shared services, enabling broader reuse and reducing siloed technology across the agency. I led the consolidation of CMS’s software platforms environments into a unified enterprise capability. I championed DevSecOps, human‑centered design, AI adoption, and emerging technologies, pushing CMS toward faster, more integrated, and more mission‑aligned delivery. I also advanced identity modernization, to strengthen secure, reliable access to CMS systems—reducing barriers for millions who depend on our services. These accomplishments were never just about systems; they were about people. As I shared during my Flywheel Award recognition, every modernization effort ultimately serves the beneficiaries, providers, and even our own families who rely on systems that are secure, simple, and reliable. This work is about restoring trust and ensuring government technology truly supports the Americans it was built to serve. I am deeply grateful to my leadership for their trust and partnership. I thank my colleagues, partners, and mentors who supported my overall journey and these ambitious efforts because they believed in doing things differently for the sake of better outcomes. As I step into this SES role, I remain committed to strengthening enterprise capabilities, advancing secure, user‑focused modernization, building partnerships rooted in trust and transparency and ensuring every technology decision ties back to better outcomes for the American people. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. As a child of parents: one who has served in the Air Force and retired from the Pentagon and another who retired from CMS after 35 years of federal service, this is a continuation of a legacy of public service. I’m excited to not only continue my families’ legacy but for the work ahead and the opportunity to continue serving with purpose and impact. In addition to all things stated above... Walking the exhibit hall at the HIMSS Global Health Conference & Exhibition is always energizing. This week at #HIMSS26, T&T team Rachel Cheng, Brandon Guzman-Morales, Tsung-Jui Wu spent time exploring how AI and data platforms are transforming healthcare delivery. We had great conversations and demos with technology leaders including Amazon Web Services, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft, and Appian—along with many other innovators shaping the future of healthcare. Across the floor, one theme was clear: AI is only as powerful as the data behind it. The organizations that can effectively curate, govern, and operationalize their data will unlock the greatest impact—from accelerating research to improving patient outcomes and healthcare operations. Great to explore these innovations with the team and bring new ideas back to support our healthcare and federal clients. #HIMSS26 #HealthcareAI #DataAndAI #DigitalHealth #HealthIT #TeamTandT #TATCS
