By early 2026, our first Wisconsin datacenter will be operational, creating hundreds of jobs, with additional AI datacenters already underway to expand the site’s capabilities. And we will build a second datacenter of similar size and scale—bringing our total investment in Wisconsin to more than $7 billion. These facilities feature hundreds of thousands of the world’s most powerful NVIDIA GPUs, billions of GBs of storage, and a hyper-optimized network with enough fiber cable to circle the globe 4.5 times. Advanced liquid cooling eliminates water use for 90% of the campus, sustainably powering AI training at an unprecedented scale. Beyond technology, our partnerships with 40+ local organizations have trained 114,000+ people in AI and digital skills and connected over 9,300 rural residents with reliable broadband. These investments show that leading means delivering—not just talking about the future of AI but building it right here in our communities. We are focused on delivering AI infrastructure and solutions that empower every business to eval-max their outcomes in this agentic computing era. Our AI business surpassed a $37 billion annual revenue run rate, up 123%. We are at the beginning of one of the most consequential platform shifts that will change the entire tech stack as we move from end-user driven workloads to workloads driven by end-users and agents. This will drive TAM expansion and change the value creation equation across the entire economy. To capture this opportunity, we are executing against two major priorities: First, we are building the world’s leading AI infrastructure and agent platform as agents proliferate and become the dominant workload. All up, we added another gigawatt of capacity this quarter, and remain on track to double our overall footprint in just two years. We are moving aggressively to add capacity aligned to customer demand. When it comes to our agent app platform, our multi-model offerings are gaining momentum. 10,000 customers have used more than one model on Foundry. 5,000 have used OSS models. And our IQ layers, spanning M365, Fabric, and Foundry, provide an unmatched context engine for thousands of customers using agents or building their own. Second, we are building high-value agentic systems across core domains, such as productivity, coding, and security. In knowledge work, we had our fastest growth since launch and now have over 20 million M365 Copilot seats. And so cool to see weekly Copilot engagement on par with Outlook. It’s truly becoming a habit! In coding, nearly 140,000 orgs now use GitHub Copilot, and we are also seeing rapid adoption of GitHub Copilot CLI, with usage nearly doubling month-over-month In security, 2X increase in Security Copilot customers year-over-year. In Australia, this is being anchored by Microsoft’s largest investment - A$25 billion through 2029 - to expand AI infrastructure, strengthen cybersecurity, and equip three million Australians with AI-ready skills. Combined with Microsoft’s $36 billion contribution to the economy in FY25, the impact is significant. Customers like Westpac, Telstra, and TAL Australia are applying AI organization-wide to improve operations and deliver better outcomes for customers. In New Zealand, the focus is on building capability at pace. Our commitment to reach 200,000 Kiwis with AI and digital skills by 2028 is a critical step in ensuring inclusive, long-term growth. Organizations like Fonterra, Beca and Spark New Zealand are already applying AI to optimize operations, strengthen infrastructure decisions, and build more resilient communities. The next phase will be defined by execution: strong digital foundations, trusted partnerships, cyber resilience, and the skills to put AI to work with confidence. Operating one reliably — across the full complexity of enterprise customer service — is something else entirely. As Sevilla strengthens its ties with the U.S. and pushes for a direct flight connecting it to Miami, these cities are two worlds that, for many of us, are already connected in ways maps don’t capture. I was there to speak about innovation, AI. But I ended up speaking about memory. About leaving “con el alma partía”… Like many people, my great-grandparents left their land for a better life crossing the ocean. Growing up, I heard the stories about Tio Paco already in advanced age and blind, looking at empty fields in Brazil and saying he was looking at the beauties of Andalucia, a place that never really leaves you. So I wrote a song. “Quiero un vuelo directo a Sevilla… sin escalas, sin despedidas.” I launched it today, April 18—what would have been my grandmother’s 106th birthday. She carried Andalucía in her story. This felt like honoring hers… and many others. Sometimes innovation isn’t about building something new. It’s about reconnecting what was never meant to be apart.
