Melissa Senn has been with IONOS since 2016 and joined the IONOS Digital Guide team in 2021. She focuses on website man­age­ment, e-commerce, and social media.

As a digital strate­gist, her par­tic­u­lar focus is on ar­ti­fi­cial in­tel­li­gence (AI). She uses her expertise to translate complex tech­no­log­i­cal trends into practical content for small and medium-sized en­ter­pris­es (SMEs).

She began her career at IONOS in trans­ac­tion­al SEO, where she was re­spon­si­ble for search engine op­ti­miza­tion for the online tools and e-commerce product areas for over four years. Her focus was on technical analysis and in­creas­ing online vis­i­bil­i­ty.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Ad­min­is­tra­tion and a Master of Science degree in Man­age­ment with a spe­cial­iza­tion in Marketing from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Hohenheim in Stuttgart.
