Before this service, I had a very very unpleasant experience. To the point I requested a refund. Daniel was very helpful and understanding. I received the refund back, I saw a promo for their in house currency, so I did the math and it decided to buy a bundle, as it was cheaper to buy that then get all the stuff I wanted, so I went ahead and took the gamble, and gave them another chance. And man I was impressed the booster was found quick, he started quick, kept me informed throughout the whole process, even finished way ahead of schedule! They earn some bonus points today, that I’ll be willing to give them another chance in the future.Less

Wasn’t able to use GGR points to deduct cost although had set it up for payment. Customer service agent tried to get me to buy another purchase to apply the points rather than refunding the difference. Then asked why the website didn’t state that you had to go through a rep to use GGR points and only response was “I don’t know why the website doesn’t state it.”
Edit: Spoke with a manager there and they were able to make the situation better. Didn’t expect much in a reply just was giving a honest review and they reached out to rectify the situation.Less
