Two EMTs had just arrived at the Emergency Room with one of the Dept. of Corrections Officers from the train crash. Dr. Kimble instinctively starts to assist, when he and the guard recognize each other. The EMTs rush the guard inside, and Dr. Kimble steals their ambulance to escape before the US Marshals are notified.
