If you are starting new service for water/sewer and have never had an account with Davie County Public Utilities you will need to call or visit our office, located at 298 E Depot St in Mocksville, at least one business day prior to the day you need your residential service to start. We do not offer same day service for new accounts. In addition we require a deposit of $150, $200 with Mocksville sewer. We do not accept payments over the phone but you do have the option to pay the deposit on-line at mygovhub or in the office. Please bring a valid picture ID, and a social security number. We accept cash, checks, money order, debt or credit cards (there is a fee of 2.5% of the charge/$1.50 minimum to use debt or credit cards).
