Celebrating Civ's 35th Anniversary
In 1991, Sid Meier and his team shipped a new game that challenged players to build civilizations which could stand the test of time. In the 35 years since, millions more players have founded and led countless empires that reshaped world history in their image.
Today, the teams at Firaxis Games and 2K enjoy the incredible honor of continuing that legacy. They're thrilled to mark this milestone by channeling their excitement into celebratory content and sales, continued collaboration with the best community in gaming, and the latest refinements to Civ VII.
